    The standout feature was definitely the fine balcony view over the opera house 🎭! The room was cozy and the breakfast had amazing croissants, but it felt pricey for what was offered. Would love to return!

    The hotel has a fine decor that really captures the charm of Bordeaux. Room decor impressed me with its luxurious touches. Front desk staff had great hospitality, especially when Maya provided complimentary drinks due to a check-in delay. The breakfast spread was excellent and offered a variety of options. Location placed us right in the heart of the city. The rooftop bar was unexpectedly closed , disappointing. The room size felt cramped, and noise from the tram nearby disturbed my sleep on the last night. The mattress could be more comfortable. It lacked a mattress pad, and I felt every stitch. Still, excellent service, and helpful concierge made up for some inconveniences.

    The location across from the Opera House is awesome. Our room had a private bathroom, tv, and a lovely balcony. The spa was wonderful, offering treatments like foot massage and a hot tub.     Oh, where do I even start? The rooftop bar is a must-visit for sipping chic cocktails while soaking in Bordeaux's skyline-total vibes! Plus, the local eats had me salivating. I indulged in a hearty steak at L'Entrecôte-life-changing! Not to mention the fantastic front desk staff.

    My room was a tad claustrophobic with views of dull walls. And don't get me started on the breakfast. It left much to be desired. A little warning would've been nice about the warm buffet!
